Launched in 2018, the Taiwan Employment Gold Card Program has issued over 15,000 cards, helping foreign professionals not only work in Taiwan but also build lasting connections and communities. Building on this foundation, the International Talent Taiwan Office was established in November 2023 as a national-level service center to attract and support all types of foreign talent.

Talent Taiwan serves as a one-stop hub for information, resources, and personalized help desk support. From visas and employment to housing, banking, education, and taxes, we provide guidance at every stage of life in Taiwan. Our mission is to make Taiwan a welcoming home for global talent, helping individuals and families explore opportunities, integrate smoothly, and thrive.

自 2018 年成立以來，台灣就業金卡辦公室 已核發超過 15,000 張金卡，不僅協助外籍專業人才在臺工作，也幫助他們建立深厚的人脈與社群。在此基礎上，國際人才服務及延攬中心（Talent Taiwan）於 2023 年 11 月成立，成為全國級的人才服務平台，以吸引並支持各領域的國際人才。
