We are thrilled to see you soon! To ensure a smooth and successful recruiting experience for your team, please review the move-in, setup, and event-day details provided below.
🕒 Arrival & Check-in
Partner Setup : 10:00 AM – 11:45 PM
Location: Santa Clara Convention Center 2F
Event Live: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Move-out: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Recruiting Session Setup
Venue: A private room configured for recruiting sessions with seating for approximately 80 attendees.
AV Support: A projector and screen will be provided. Please bring your own laptop (and any necessary display adapters) to run your presentation.
Digital Collection: To ensure an efficient workflow, please have a QR code ready for attendees to scan. This will allow you to collect resumes and applications digitally in real-time.
Booth Checklist & Preparation
To maximize your presence at the event, please ensure you have prepared the following:
Marketing Materials: Bring physical collateral such as company flyers and pop-up banners.
Digital Recruitment: Please provide a QR code or a direct job listing link to facilitate seamless resume collection and applications.
Physical Resumes: While we encourage digital collection, many students will carry hard copies. We recommend bringing a small tray or folder to organize physical resumes.
Water Bottle: For use at our hydration stations.

Exhibition Layout
Booth Specifications
Each standard corporate booth package includes:
Furniture: One 6-foot draped table (black) and two chairs.
Note: Up to three chairs are available upon request.
Power: One 5-amp power drop.
Connectivity: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hall
Catering & Refreshments
Please note: The Santa Clara Convention Center strictly prohibits outside food and beverage.
Lunch: Two (2) sandwich sets will be provided per company at 11:00 AM.
If you would like to purchase food, please use the vending machine on the 1st floor or visit the Hyatt Hotel lobby level.
Venue & Parking
Address: 5001 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the onsite parking garage.
Access: We recommend parking on Level 3 for the most direct access to the Convention Center 2F.
