Welcome to the partner portal. To ensure a successful recruiting experience for your team, please review the following move-in, setup, and event-day details.

📅 Event Overview

  • Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026

  • Location: Santa Clara Convention Center, Hall B

  • Partner Setup: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Event Live: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Move-out: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

📍 Venue & Parking

  • Address: 5001 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the onsite parking garage.

  • Access: We recommend parking on Level 3 for the most direct access to the Hall B entrance.

🛠 Booth Specifications

Each standard corporate booth package includes:

  • Space: 10' x 10' designated area.

  • Furniture: One 6-foot draped table with a Black Tablecloth and two chairs.

  • Power: One 5-amp power drop.

  • Connectivity: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hall.

🍱 Catering & Refreshments

Please note: The Santa Clara Convention Center strictly prohibits outside food and beverage.

  • Lunch: Two (2) sandwich sets will be provided per company at 11:00 AM.

  • Beverages: Coffee and tea service will be available from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

  • Dietary Restrictions: Please update your [Partner Portal Profile] by August 20th to notify us of any specific food allergies or requirements.

🤝 Recruitment & Lead Retrieval

We provide streamlined digital tools to help you manage talent efficiently:

  • Private Recruiting Sessions: We provide a dedicated appointment form and Scan QR code for all attendees.

  • Instant Access: Once an attendee completes your specific digital form, their information will be shared immediately with your recruiting dashboard.

  • Physical Resumes: While we encourage digital collection, many students will carry hard copies. We recommend bringing a small tray or folder to organize physical resumes.
