Geri Markey is an HR executive with 30 years of experience. She is an Advisor, Executive Coach, and VP of HR, with expertise in establishing growth infrastructure for scaling high-growth startups. She has worked at 15 successful startups. Geri graduated from the University of California, Irvine.

In 2007, she co-founded the Graduate Business Career Management program at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, where she provides executive coaching and develops career transition strategies for leaders, graduate students, and alumni pivoting into new roles and/or industries. These include board members, technical advisors, C-level executives, and VPs in areas of AI, fintech, proptech, SaaS, eCommerce, retail, CRM, marketing technology, cybersecurity (mobile, web, and network), autonomous vehicles, healthcare insurance, NVM/NVMe, storage, and education.

She has deep experience and understanding with global HR frameworks, cultures, laws, and organizational development.
