🕒 Arrival & Check-in
Check-in Starts: 12:00 PM

Pro Tip: Arrive as early as possible! 1:1 Mentor slots are highly coveted and fill up quickly.
📋 3 Steps to Entry
Registration at Luma: Ensure your profile is completed on the Luma platform before you arrive.
Check-in: Have your Registration QR Code ready on your phone for scanning at the door.
Secure Your Spot: Immediately head to the booking station to reserve a 1:1 mentor or take a queue number for company booths.

Event Live: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Move-out: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Please note: The Santa Clara Convention Center strictly prohibits outside food and beverage.
Lunch: Two (2) sandwich sets will be provided per company at 11:00 AM.
If you would like to purchase food, please use the vending machine on the 1st floor or visit the Hyatt Hotel lobby level.
Venue & Parking
Address: 5001 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the onsite parking garage.
Access: We recommend parking on Level 3 for the most direct access to the Convention Center 2F.
