Reservations: Secure your 1:1 Mentor spot or booth queue number immediately.
Session Access & Reservations
We have different entry rules for sessions to ensure everyone has a chance to participate:
1:1 Mentor Sessions & AI Mock Interview (Reservation Required): Slots are released in two waves on a first-come, first-served basis:
Wave 1: 12:00 PM (At opening)
Wave 2: 2:30 PM

Open Sessions (No Reservation Needed): The following sessions do not require a booking. Seating is first-come, first-served, so please head to the designated zone early to grab a seat:

Since venue Wi-Fi may be slow due to high attendance, please prepare the following offline materials:
20+ Hardcopy Resumes: Physical copies are the most reliable way to ensure recruiters remember you.
Electronic Resume: Keep a PDF version saved locally on your phone for quick digital sharing.
LinkedIn Link: Have your LinkedIn QR code ready to scan.
Practice: Use Mirwork Mock Interview to sharpen your pitch and gain confidence before you arrive! ( best on chrome desktop and does not work on iPad or phone)

Please note: The Santa Clara Convention Center strictly prohibits outside food and beverage.
No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the event halls.
Water is provided on-site. Please bring a reusable bottle.
Vending Machines: For snacks or other beverages, please visit the machines on the 1st Floor (1F).

Address: 5001 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the onsite parking garage.
Access: We recommend parking on Level 3 for the most direct access to the Convention Center 2F.
